Do Experiment Pets Cycle?

Hello there :0 I just wanted to ask if the list of available Experiment pets cycles? Everytime I check the subetaPedia about the available pets, I always see ones I've never seen before, so I wanted to ask if perhaps they cycled or if I just keep missing them?
They do add new ones occasionally, though they are all currently available from zapping, using an Experimental Dew, or Miracle Potion II.
You're just missing them. They don't cycle. Even when new ones are added, old ones remain, they aren't removed.
From what I can tell you can't just view all experimentals here onsite, but if you look at SubetaLodges pet lists you can see just the experimental pets, all together on one page.

Actually, you can view all Experiment pets in the SubetaPedia's Pet Color and Species Reference. You'll want to select "Common" for the color, and all Experiment pets are listed in there.
That said, Experiment pets don't cycle - they're all available, it's just that you get one out of all the available ones when you zap or use an Experimental Dew.
