I just noticed that deleting every section on your profile makes them all reappear on their own (like even the ones you didn't have upon deleting)??? AND to my horror, the interests section still reflects my interests from like 10 years ago! Ugh, I have no idea how to edit the interests and I would very much like all of that embarrassing stuff gone.

So please do let me know how to do that!

i THINK they took away the ability to do so, actually.

is correct. The old link now goes to a blank page. The best you can do is remove the section. If it really bothers you, maybe file a ticket and see if staff can remove the content? Or perhaps create a thread in the suggestions forum to get it removed properly since we can't edit it anyway and questions about it keep popping up.
