Super Pet Have a pet with 1,000 of each stat.

So my pet: Shelirious Level: 404 Health: 1010 Strength:1014 Defense:1011 Speed: 1010

What am I missing? What do I need to do to get that achievement? Is it his level? Or something else?

Unfortunately, if I remember correctly, that achievement does include level.

It's best just to wait for it, though. Boosting your level to get the achievement earlier will make it much more expensive to use the training center if you intend to keep training that pet.
