Are there any minions you can only get from the cash shop? I have tried to look them up but havent had any success. I was wondering if they might be in monthly packages and I just cant tell. Any help would be much appreciated.

Yes, there are numerous cash shop only minions, but most of them can be bought from shop search.

Monthly collections haven't had minions on a regular basis for a while.

here is a link to a search on subetalodge listing minions that are cash shop exclusives. i'm pretty sure it doesn't list the ones that at one point came in monthly collections though.
