Hi everyone! I haven't been on this site in years (so please ignore my horribly outdated signature, I can't change it right now). I decided that I finally wanted try making my own CW for the first time! It's a tribute wig to Princess Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicles. I haven't made the item image yet, just the avatar overlay,

I hope it fits into the site style well enough, and if not, what can I do better?

The only thing I'm really seeing is that there could possibly be a touch more shading on the right side of the hair near the back. (our right, the HA's left)

But TBH it looks like you're ready to give a try submitting so you can see how staff feels. Denials sound scary, but they're really not. Consider it specific instructions that tell you exactly what you might need to work on or reconsider about the piece. You can then come back here with your denial and other artists can give you more specialized help / opinions on how they might deal with the problem :)

thanks so much for the advice! i will definitely keep that in mind when drawing ^^; i ended up submitting another design i made as my first because i think i might able to do better with the hair and i was getting frustrated with it, but i'm not giving up on my tribute CW dreams just yet
