Except no, you absolutely cannot change my mind about this being awesome.
Seriously, how many threads have we seen where people were looking in the cash shop for an item that was cycled out years ago. So kudos to staff.
(Really, the only thing that would be sweeter than this would be to actually add the date to holiday shop items so that we don't have to look through 8 tabs to find what we need but you know I'm just a nasty party pooper who can't enjoy nice things.)
This was great to see. It prevented me spending more than twice as much for an item I thought had retired - I just bought it for the 10m of a Morty + 100 CSC instead of 24m.

<p>Okay, so when Bug redid the Cash Shop, we did some specific tags for active and retired cash shop items. I&;m so dumb and never bothered to update the shop search to reflect that. So now, when you look up a cash shop item like Esther Chance Basket you&;ll see This item can be found in these locations: Cash Shop (Retired). While something like Lavish Libraries which is currently in there, you&;ll see This item can be found in these locations: Cash Shop (Active).</p>
<p>Retired doesn&;t mean gone forever, of course, just not currently in there! I didn&;t want to make it too wordy.
You have no idea how badly I want this, lol. I keep putting off feeding my pet stuff because I don't want to search through all the pages to find said item |D
But yeah I agree. Great update. Love knowing when they're not available because the rarity is still "cash shop" otherwise <3

Make bigger deals more often because this is an amazing update :)
Perhaps getting volunteers to help tag holiday items with the proper year, akin to what was done with the hair layer could help for holiday items? Is that something that could happen?

The holiday shops will take more playing around, . I don't want to have to hardcode every year like the way shop search currently is. I should be able to pull off year via creation date (like some of the tabs are done for holiday shops) or their tags, but again! Wouldn't want to have this hardcoded in a billion times because it's not very efficient.
