I just want to be sure - is there a "flower a random user" feature like there is for ToT and for dancing? I haven't seen it, but I seem to be getting a fair number of flowers from random people, so I just wanted to double check. Thanks!

There is not, unfortunately! Some people just randomly flower as they browse the forums. :)
