[edit]It seems like this issue is only happening on the page where you can preview and select your avatar borders. It displays properly on other pages around the site like news comments and other places where you see HA headshots.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or working as intended, but it seems a bit strange so I'll report it.

For the Steamwork and Tempest borders, the layering seems different than how it showed in the news posts when the borders were announced. In the Steamwork one, the clock on the bottom right and some wiring get cut off by the HA circle.

And for the Tempest one, the lightning bolt doesn't go across the HA preview like the border image shows.

The other 3 borders seem fine since they were just circles that go around the HA headshot and didn't have anything going in front. Like I said, I'm not sure if they are actually supposed to be layered in front of or behind the HA circle, but it seems odd that there would be that much detail that ends up being cut off.
I'm not sure, but I think it's just that page that displays them incorrectly (if that's what you're reporting then my bad) but on the main site they seem to work as intended.
For example, is using the steamwork one and you can see in the admin posts the clock and wiring is layered correctly. I haven't seen anyone with the tempest one yet but I assume the bolt is meant to go on top of the HA.
