what do you mean by your browser not letting you access it? are you getting an error? can you not get to the blue building navigation at all?

what kind of error, though? does the page load but state you're not on a quest? or is it a cloudflare error? can you share a screenshot?

[edit] on your profile it mentions you're still trying to get access to the blue building. are you sure you have access? there would be a button on this page that says "You can enter the Blue Building!" and all the requirements should say "COMPLETED."

That is the correct url. Have you tried typing in https:// in front of it and reloading? You can also maybe check the three dots for developer view to see if the panel says additional things.

it sounds like it might be a problem with people who have only gotten the quest recently. i got the random event years ago and have had the quest active since then (since i don't intend on creating a bumbus but have no reason to quit the quest either just in case i change my mind), and the page loads normally for me.
