I cannot find where to change your avatar boarder, and would appreciate some guidance. :3 I feel like I've looked everywhere!

Hey :) Borders can be found [link=https://new.subeta.net/cosmetics/avatar_borders]here[/link]. You can access this page manually by going the wardrobe > click on the menu drop down bar > click on personal option > click on cosmetics option
