I was thinking we should have pets based off gemstones, like amethyst, sapphire, opal, etc. They'd be awesome~

How do you pick which gemstone is associated with which pet? And, what about people upset that X pet is blue and not red, or the likes?

Do we make different colors based on different gemstones?

im not sure if you mean a pet based off of gemstones (like the mahar kind of already is?) or an actual gemstone pet in the same vein as the blob species lmao a sentient gemstone pet would be pretty neat, and each different colorway could be themed after famous gemstones from history/media.

I think I like the idea. I guess I would need it to be broken down more like the users above have mentioned. Like how would each pet be chosen to be which gemstone, etc.

This would be nice with more details of course. c:
