Maybe I’m just missing where to do this completely but I wanted to change my monthly subscription to a different one but I can’t figure out how to change it? The only options I see is to cancel my current one or change payment options. Is there someplace besides the monthly subscription page to change it or am I just not noticing it?

Unfortunately the feature to change a subscription isn't available yet. You will have to cancel your current subscription, wait for your renewal date and then pick a different subscription.
