Hi! I bought a Custom Clothing background twice by mistake....gosh! How do I sell it without breaking any rules and honoring the creator?

Did you just buy it from a CW shop? I don't think the creator would be insulted if you just popped it into your shop, or made a thread in r200 advertising it. Mistakes happen :) Most of the time, feathers only get rustled when it's something like a private item or something very limited, but it doesn't sound like it was locked if you bought 2 copies.
