I was trying to remove some items from the vault, but they wouldn't remove with the mass remove feature, so I had to remove them by hand, and they were still shown in the vault even though they were now in my inventory. And then I found that the categories were not updated either, or rather, the items show up both in unsorted and in the category I sorted them into.

I also had items either not move into the category I placed them in or be in two categories at once.

Tested this, and it appears the items are moving as intended, but the vault display page isn't updating.

If you remove items from your vault they DO move, and if you attempt to move/remove the same items you will get an error. (i.e. if you remove your Red Ball from the vault it still shows, but if you try to remove it again you will get an error).

I can't remove items from my vault either :/

Are you sure they aren't removing? Check the destination you're sending them to. I think it's just the vault page that isn't updating to show they were removed.

Adding to this thread, items I put in my vault don't appear in my default unsorted category. However, when I search for the items in account search and vault search they do appear. Also, I am also having issues with items not being sorted even after sorting them into another category.

I was having this problem some hours ago.

After moving my items to another category, they still sit in the same category as before. BUT now they're in the right category. I think it takes some minutes (or hours?) before the change really work.

I'm having the same issue about removing items from my vault.

If I click [x] then the item removes. If I try and remove a quantity to my inventory it won't do it.

I have checked my account search & inventory and the items are still in the vault.

they are supposed to go to my inventory but they aren't there.. i made sure to check first before posting

Can you walk me through exactly what you're selecting/buttons your hitting? Trying to figure out what I'm missing xD

i check the items i want to take out and click the move or recategorize button for them to go to my inventory

1. click check box for item.
2. select Qty to be moved.
3. select category/inventory to move items to.
4. click "move or recategorize items" button
5. page refreshes and nothing has changed.

I also can't remove one item out of my vault.

- If you click the x for just one item it should remove. Also if you remove through your account search you can remove one or all. Hope that helps till they get it sorted :)

It is not working for me. I do the same thing posted. If I click the [ x ] for an individual item it moves one copy to my inventory, if I try to check boxes and click Move Items button at bottom of page nothing happens.

I am actually having a secondary vault issue, which seems to be that the search feature is only searching the "unsorted" category unless I manually switch to "all items" which I'm pretty sure it didn't used to require? It was fine last night but this morning it's doing this weird thing.

I searched "morty card" (well, more specifically, "morty") last night and the search function worked fine, I saw I had 29 in my vault. This morning I went to complete a transaction with them, so I searched "morty" again and nothing popped up. I knew they were there so I tried again, eventually giving up and removing them individually through the account search. I wanted to test it out a bit more and searching DID work after selecting "all items" before searching.

I also was attempting to remove a few mage amulets of different colors from the vault, I tried using the "select all" and move feature but that wasn't working, the page would reset but the amulets remained in my vault. It worked to move them when I clicked the "x" individually on all of them.
