it means it is a CW created under the new system so it follows the new rules. Originally all CWs had a yellow star that was the only purpose of the yellow star.

CWs submitted since the system changed over in December now have a teal star, while CWs submitted before the change kept the gold one.

<p>All new CWs will be denoted by a teal star in the top right corner, instead of the gold star we usually see. All CWs that were submitted on the previous system will still display a gold star.</p>
<p>This is to allow for some ease with telling old and new CWs apart, as well as provide some clarity around the pricing of the CW when it was released. (More on old CWs below!)
