One CW Voucher up for sale

I am looking for around 40M for the voucher - preferably in WL books. I am willing to browse shops or galleries, not every book I need is on my WL. I would also take SP.
If I accept your offer, you would pick a single CW in an actual CW shop (not one in user shops) for me to buy for you. I also believe the voucher covers up to 700 csc for the purchase. With the slightly lower prices now, I am not sure if that still holds true (anyone in the peanut gallery is welcome to chime in here). This is only my second voucher transaction like this and I used one before the change, so bear with me. XD

I took a peek, but you only have three WL items (not counting one inexpensive -less than 125k- loot book) they come up to about 24.7 M, and no other books I needed, I went through by hand so I wouldn't miss any. ^.^

You have in your shop....you do also have Though the declassified documents are at 50M. They are a dreaded chance machine item. -.-
[edit] I bought a mathis bag. I opened it. I got a ....I hate chance bags. XD
[edit] I would be willing to add a bit of pure if you're willing to trade the documents, but I'd also be happy with a combination of the other books you mentioned.
