I know PayPal works in israel. Is there a specific reason why you are having issues internationally?

CSC can be bought via PayPal and credit card and, PayPal, as far as I know is active in Israel.

My PP was broken into a while ago so I don't use that anymore. And the mastercard I got won't go through, already had a ticket about it. I use to be able to buy when the webcard existed, but that's long gone too, so...

If you enter all your information correctly, and the card doesn't go through, you need to contact your bank/card issuer in order to find out why it won't go through.
