Hi there! I've been unable to edit my character since logging back into this account. I had made this several years ago, but logged in again just recently. I gained some rather expensive gifts from a friend, and added them to my wardrobe, but after clicking on my wardrobe it takes me to a black page. I believe this may be a problem with my account, but I have no idea how to fix it. As well, the only "fix" I found was removing the "new" part of the URL and attempting to edit my character from there. However this is also incomplete and doesn't even let me obtain access to my items in wardrobe. Please help!!

yeah the "new" removal thing hasn't worked for awhile. This is likely not something you can fix yourself. You will need to file a Ticket in Help.

Sounds like the returning user glitch.., post HERE Bug generally can fix the problem.
