I think that one was retired, but I'm not a 100% sure.

currently, this item drops on your thirty-fifth win against Saggitarius with the same pet. If you just want a Lucent, it's much less effort and sP to buy one from someone. There might be better weaponry if you were wanting one so your pet to fight with it.

alrighty thanks, I figured it was prob changed or something like that. I just happened to notice that when I was looking at something else on lodge and was curious since I ended with 5 wins after looking

I think you are a battler. Is is it you who does the weapon stuff for SubetaLodge?

I updated it. Unfortunately no one on staff is much of a battler, so we're unlikely to catch these on our own.
