Is this my final form?

What am I supposed to do now? Can I unlock more skins by getting healed and infected again, or is it not possible to do any of that?

your final form will look like this: It will unlock as a skin in your wardrobe and you can wear it to bite folks wanting fevermore, or take it off to get another strain. It will remain accessible under your "skins" tab to wear whenever you want.
