When we dance, we're told how long we have before we can dance again. But when we kiss, we have no indication of when we can kiss again unless we try kissing too soon. It'd be nice if when we kiss and get the pop up, we had some indication of how long we'll need to wait before we can kiss again. And you can make the reasons totally silly. "Success! You kissed and got x Candy Heart! The kiss was so overwhelming, you'll need to wait minutes and seconds before you can kiss again!"

Biting has the same issue, I'd also like a countdown being added to both.

Ideally I would like a notification (which could be turned off in user settings for those who don't) but even just some indication would be great. I usually try kissing again immediately so I know how long I have to wait and then I set a timer because otherwise I will completely forget.
