Where do these items come from?

And can anyone confirm that you can still get from sports bags? That is what SubetaLodge says but I just opened 160 bags and didn't get one (or several of the other items listed as possible).

Many many years ago I got chaotic goop from the zapper which changed the minion my pet had to one. I've had the zapper change minions to a couple other things so I assume it's still the same.

@Last_Chance Thanks - it makes sense that they all come from zapper. Curious if they're still going out.

I got an Evil Goop a few weeks ago from zapping my minion, so they’re definitely still going out. Cant speak for the other ones though I find it curious that there is a huge price disparity between the evil goop and the rest of them.

I have no idea about the Fleshy Mass.

Sounds like the rng for the sports bag needs to be checked. File a Ticket in Help to see if Subetalodge is still correct, or if it is a mistake.

The Goops come from zaps, and before minions could get transformed into all the other zapper-specialty-mutant minions they were much more common. My guess is that the overall odds of getting a minion zap are the same but that the total number of possible results of a minion zap have gone up by a lot.

The price disparity in Goops is odd, because if someone simply realized that they're a lot more rare than they used to be and is making a profit, they'd do it for all the Goops. Maybe the Evil Goop got dropped last Morostide as a special holiday loot drop? I just checked the prices in Subetalodge and the major price drop was last March, so maybe it was a Survival challenger loot drop or a loot drop from the special monthly challenger.

I think it is also worth filing a Ticket in Help to see if this is broken and needs to be reported in Problems & Bugs also.

[edit] Really weird the Glowing Goop has a seven-month price gap in SubetaLodge. This only happens if the item is not available in the shops. It's looking more like Goop creation is broken somehow.

@/Solsticesprite Thanks for doing all that leg work! It does seem like some of the goops are either not going out or super low chance. Seems like a lot of rng got changed last Spring and maybe a few things got forgotten...

No offense, but is there anyone who actually monitors that forum? For example, I have a seemingly easy rarity report/inquiry from over 2 years ago in that subforum specifically that hasn't gotten a response. Items with incorrect rarity
