Ultimate Game Card help?

So I just bought a $20 ultimate game card, but don't know how to redeem it.... help anyone? and also, this is one of my first times on the forums, so please excuse my n00biness :P
There is an option to pay with the card on the page to buy CSC. Right under the Paypal option.

Where did you get your UGC? I've been wanting one but I'm not sure where to find them.
I got mine at Walgreens, but there are lots of other places to get them, like Walmart, Seven eleven, blockbuster ect.
Awesome, thank you c: Do they have $10 cards? And do you have to pay like an extra fee like with Visa cards or does it just cost how much the card has on it? I feel like such an idiot xD
: Well, you have to pay extra if you live outside the U.S, but aside from that, I think you just have to pay the amount on the card, and sorry, they only have $20 cards :(

here in southern california you can always find UGC cards at GameStop, and sometimes at Target. They're the only screamingred card around in the games card section (there are red phone cards).
I've never seen them for anything other than 20 usd.
