Site layout unusable!

Junior Archaeologist

Hi my wife has all of a sudden had the following issue with her account.

She is not sure how to fix it but it’s account bound issue as not happening when I log in to my account on the same device.

The site is basically unusable for her. Does anyone know if she has pressed something or is this a glitch?
