If I change my lumi tree, will the old one still be there?

Now that I have eleventy million ornaments from the donating to Melody, I'd like to switch up my tree, but I also want to see my past trees.
So I have three questions about this: Will I still be able to see the ones I make this year, during this month? Will I be able to see them next year in the past tree archive, or does it only save one tree? Can I switch in between trees once I've created more than one?
To the best of my knowledge, only your "current" tree for each year is saved. It does not save each version of your tree like you can do with wardrobe outfits. If you redo your tree, that is your "current" tree, and your old 2020 tree is not saved. Your 2020 tree will not appear in your "Trees of Lumis Past" page until after Luminaire 2020 is over.
