there's not (yet), but if you clear your cookies the desktop preference gets cleared (since it's stored in a cookie). :)

You wouldn't know how to clear cookies on an itouch do you?

settings > safari > clear cookies and data

that's assuming you're on ios5 (although it's probably the same prior but i don't remember :P) and that you're using safari, of course haha
