So, I signed up day one for the subscriptions (top tier) and im getting the item from the previous month everytime. Im just not sure if its how it works or if im supposed to actually get the item it showed in the news post. 😅 I got the gemstone embers today (since it renewed today). Thanks in advance!

It's supposed to work so that after the new item is released, you get it on the day you purchased the subscription/it renews.

So I purchased my subscription on the first of the month, and I got the previous month's subscription item. Then halfway through that month, a new subscription item was released, which I got when my subscription was renewed on the first of the next month.

You probably got the previous month's because of timing - your subscription renewed first, and then the item was changed. So you'll get this month's subscription item next month. But if this is a duplicate - in other words, if you received the gemstone embers twice - you may want to file a ticket to make sure that everything is running smoothly. But it sounds like you're getting every item, just a month late. Does that mean you did not receive an item the first time you subscribed?

I just got home from work and was able to find the past few months news post for the new items, I guess I'm getting them all?

I'm overthinking this I guess. So I just get the items that's announced the next month. Just feels weird since I subscribed the day the system was released. Guess next month I'll just make sure I get THIS months item and if not, i'll file a ticket. I just didn't want to waste their time if someone else knew, haha.
