Morty Card, as an item, says it gives a temporary CSC boost/chance when used during quests.. but how long does it stay in effect before wearing off? 10 mins? 20? An hour? ??

its active for your next 5 quests for 5csc each time. As far as I know theres no time limit apparently its 24 hours after it’s activated!

It's 24 hours or until you've done five quests, whichever comes first.

You will get an event when you activate a Morty Card and one when the bonus has worn off, so you're not usually in suspense. :)
