Can someone tell me where/how I can get Creme Eyeliner Pot through the cash shop? Is it even available right now?

But it was originally a bonus for buying the full set of Longwear Eye Pencils, which are in the CS right now, so if you'd be interested in going that route, you may want to file a ticket and see if it's still possible to get the pouch that way. If the only item you want from the pouch set is the Creme Eyeliner Pot, the current user shop price is less than the value of the CSC to buy the pencils though

The Hustler was selling it twice in the past two weeks (When his prices were still 250 and after they dropped to 125), so there are a lot more in the market.

There's also a fair amount of repeats, so it may be worth keeping an eye on if he brings them back.
