Pet profile code breaking?

So I've coded this here Intoxicated I take the code and save it to tumblr. So the person it's for can have it, they copy and paste it and this happens Deadshot I'm not sure how that happens???

I'm not entirely sure, but I think something weird is going on with the quotation marks associated with the div "top" and the div for the story. When I view the page source for both pages, the one that works has " black quotation marks that are valid and the other one has ” blue, slanted, invalid quotation marks. And when I inspect element those slanted quotation marks double up with valid ones, creating two sets of quotations. I don't know if that makes any sense.
