I have completed all the necessary steps. How do I get the password?

I'm pretty sure that it's just a random site event when someone "tells" you the password.

it is a random event, but not site-wide. You have to be on the Blue Building page. Put on some music, or put your computer in front of your television and watch somethign mindless, and refresh until you get sick of it or you get your password. Often doing this will cause you to miss your actual password. This does not matter. Once you get the random event that says you got your password you can enter at any time without knowing it.

Oh my god thank you for explaining the whole blue building password thing!! I got my password when I first joined and didn't write it down. I thought there was no point all without the actual password so I never bothered to complete an Original Treasure Map to meet the requirements! :P Thanks for clearing that up. So nice to finally enter the Blue Building.
