I'm not enthused about Biden, but at least personality-wise, he's an objectively better person, and he doesn't actively incite fashy freaks to violence. I also think Biden will handle this COVID business far, far better.

Now I'm hoping liberals won't get complacent with a blue president. The work for a better world continues.

No, that's still a media outlet. I'm reasonably certain Associated Press does not have the power to "officially" declare US election winner lol. But it was a meaningless nitpick, don't read into it please. Biden won. GA and PA are technically still in recount territory (but he doesn't need them. it's finished.)
