Loyalty Box Not Working?

Hey everyone!
I just popped back in after being absent awhile and had some loyalty boxes to collect and thought I'd use them for pet slots. I have 7 and I used one and clicked on the button to choose a new pet slot but it didn't work. I thought it must have been a glitch or something but I used another and it still has not increased. I've now wasted two loyalty boxes that I could have used for something else. Does anyone know what the error is? Truthfully, I'd just like them back to use for something else at this point.

could be a cache issue. Its possible that you have increased your pet slots, but its not showing up yet. I'd wait a little while, maybe an hour or so, clear your cache and reload and see if they show up.
If not, I'd submit a ticket explaining what happened, what you've done and see what can be done about it.

When you open the box and choose the pet slot, it gives you a pet slot totem and you have to use that as well. Have you used the totems?

Yes, what said. When you use the Loyalty Totem, it will turn it into the specific totem that you chose. You then have to find that item in your inventory and use it again to get the reward. The one you're looking for is called "Loyalty Pet Slot Totem". There are two in your inventory at the moment, from the two loyalty totems you redeemed, so just find and use those and you should be all set :)
