Is there anyone out there that can remove the white BG from white keeping it animated?

I'm not saying it's impossible -- but it might be. Each frame will be in a difference spot, and if all the frames are transparent then you'll see the the previous and subsequent frames. Best option -- if you're putting it on a profile -- would be to make one set transparent and then have it float with CSS.

I could do it for you, if you’d like. :) I should have it done by tomorrow.

There's still a small white outline around it, but the white box is gone. Subeta images are so small that precise colour removal seems impossible without losing detail. This was my best effort.

For some reason the gif doesn't loop. It plays once then stops, and I have no clue why.

I was inspired by to try my hand at it. TIL that it's possible to have a GIF with a transparent background!

Both of these have a very slight whiteish frame. I'm gonna keep trying to get rid of it, but this is the best I can do thus far. The difference right now is opacity. The one on the left is slightly more opaque than the one on the right. It might not make much of a difference, though. I figured I'd give them both to you and you could decide what looks better for your purposes.

If I can figure out how to get rid of the white outline entirely, I will let you know.
