Hi! So I have been on the subscription for a few months and I should have several vouchers saved up. So how do I use them?? When I find a cw I want, it asks if I'm sure I want to use CSC. I've looked a lot and I can't even find any sort of confirmation that I have vouchers, let alone info on how to use them. Please halp!

I think they work in usershops, so the CW in question has to be public and not in the Cash Shop. Go to the shop where the item is that you want to buy, and there should be a banner telling you your vouchers and if you want to use them. Outside of this context I think they may shop up in the section Purchase Logs? or they are invisible and you have to ask in Help.

I don't see it in either of those places. I tried to show you a screenshot, but I can't even do that. So idk...

You have to use it in the CW Shops - https://subeta.net/cw_shop.php When you find an item you want, click 'view in shop' and then it should say "Cool! It looks like you have a Custom Wearable voucher! You can redeem it for any item up to 700 CSC 😊" in a green box!
