I see that at some point bobbleheads were put in the Cash Shop for purchase. Are they still? If so, where, because I went through every link and could not find them. Related question, is there any way to tell which Cash Shop items are not currently in the Cash Shop?

No, bobbleheads were removed years ago.

Most weren't purchasable items. They were items that you could randomly get after a purchase.

The rarest ones were put in the Cash Shop for very limited times, but never permanently.

the fansite SubetaLodge allows you to sort their Item Database by Shop=Cash Shop and to put "retired" as a search term into their Notes section. This is mostly helpful, but not perfect.

For instance, the Notes for says: Cash Shop Collectible - free with purchase July 22, 2017 - Made available for purchase in the Cash Shop

This doesn't mention that you can't get it with purchase nowadays and that they've been retired in favor of Loyalty Cards. I know that some bobbleheads were brought back for sale since 2017, but this one might not have been one of them.

I remember them being the reward before the loyalty card, but I’ve been spottily active the last few years...saw the note on SubetaLodge and it got me thinking maybe I could finish off my collection. I see the ones I have left are for sale in shops now, though, so I can go that route. Thank you for taking the time to reply!
