I was just wondering if is this a glitch or done on purpose?

Only has two options: add to vault or delete

I already have one in my wardrobe, but would like to sell the other... and I can't.

It's an exclusive account-bound wearable. I'm keeping my spare in my vault. There are some hopes that they will be able to be added to TCs, but it's highly unlikely you'll ever be able to sell it.

It's sadly not a glitch. It's a non salable item.

It's unfortunately not glitched and staff has been... silent on the matter of user requests, my own included, to have options added in to get rid of/use the second copy in some way.
