Is there a way to see what all of the holiday items for the current holiday are? Sorry if this question has an obvious answer, I have just started playing a couple days ago.

Subetalodge is a good resource. It's a fanmade site that lets you search and filter items (and a lot more).

You can see all of the ones that have restocked at the Freyalise Trading company by filtering by the shop All items that restock at the Freyalise Trading Company

OR

IF you wanted to see just the ones new this year, they seemed to have left a note that you could add to the filter. Click Here 2020 Keel Hauliday Items

If you select the menu across the top, under the Subeta tab->Item Directory. The sort comes up Ascending, but you can change it to Descending to see the newest items. You'll need to scroll past the new items released today, but then it will be all the holiday items for the rest of the page and onto the next. Its all the holiday items until you hit the free gift .
