I think maybe it's due to the fact I had old shops/galleries, I tried doing the conversion thing which told me it would send items/sP to my vault, but nothing seems to have happened after at least 24hrs. Not sure if it's just going to take a while, or if something is bugged? I have ~4mill in my vault and under 100k on-hand.

If you tried to do the legacy shop conversion and it got "stuck" then you should file a ticket to report missing/stuck/lost items or sP.
