I'm in Chrome, aside from some pre-event hiccups that I was expecting, I'm flying on 10mbps internet.

Chrome is a pretty bloated browser compared to Firefox - there isn't anything that Keith can do that about that.

I've used Firefox and Chrome, and Firefox seems faster.

I forget why Firefox is faster than Chrome in some instances, but I definitely remember seeing an article about it.

Chrome is really terrible. Check how much memory it takes up when you use it. Firefox is better.

I prefer Chrome to Firefox... I had some bad experiences with FF. I know it CAN be better but I'll just stick to Chrome.

Maybe it matters what machine you are on? I have run Firefox on a friend's new Windoze machine during times when components of my system break and I haven't gotten to Best Buy yet. Using it on Subeta, it is slower than my chromebox.

I any case, I doubt there's much that can be done about it from Subeta's end.

actually i've found that firefox is less than ideal for using subeta, with occasional visual and functionality glitches.

(honestly i'd love to switch to firefox, but because chrome kind of sets the standards for web coding, firefox tends to have compatibility & display issues in general.)

Chrome had an issue with memory leaking in the past, not sure if the current iterations of chrome have that same issue though guessing from current posts, it probably does. That said, I use both interchangeably, but mostly use firefox or safari to access subeta personally.
