As the title says.

You need to be wearing a zombie skin for it. If you don't have one, you'll have to wait until the next Survival event in February to get one. Or if you have the required items, you could send them to a user with a zombie skin and ask them to make it for you, but it won't raise your level.

I'm not sure why they keep releasing new items there when it's nowhere near Survival. Maybe because of the aforementioned getting another user to do it for you.

If there's a zombie - or any - skin in your wardrobe, it'd be under "skins" and be highlighted, not greyed out.

Ah... I have a few skins, but I checked all skins but can't seem to find zombie? Is it hidden?

It won't be called just "zombie" skin, there's several of them and they have all weird names. You can find them listed here: https://www.subetalodge.org/skins (under Survival+year) If you have any of those, you can go to the Alchove. check out this [topic not found] for general information and early recipes. The opening post and several posts thereafter have most of the info you'll need. To find the recipes for the most recent items, check out the posts near the end.

This post gives a full list of all the "zombie" skins by name, alphabetically as they show up in the wardrobe. You can now select "earned skins" so you don't have to try to figure out if its grayed out or not.
