I think I'm finally mentally prepared to start going through everything to see what items I've lost. I know I'm missing several Subeautique items that I'll have to go through achievements and wishlists to find, I know I'm missing at least two custom wearables, etc. I kept a list of what all custom wearables I had, so that's just a matter of going through that monster of a list and account searching items one by one, but finding the SP items is going to be a lot more difficult.
Is it okay if I do all of this in stages? I went through the easy-click list for SP, but haven't even touched CWs or the part where I have to manually type item names in.
I know there were google sheets people made keeping track of items they knew went missing.. any idea if those sheets still exist, and where I could find them?
I found the page where you can report items missing. It has a link that, when clicked, supposedly shows you everything that's automatically been restored to your account.. even though I know I had items on this list and they absolutely are not in my account anymore. Heck, lots of the items it says have been automatically restored to my account are items that even it knows I don't have, because I can use the easy-click button since it isn't in my wardrobe anymore. Is this page glitched? Should I ignore it entirely, or am I missing the point of it, or...?
I think those are all the questions I have so far. I'll post more if I get them.
there is no statute of limitations on item recovery from this glitch.
You are allowed to make multiple reports as you discover things/run out of room. Just don't duplicate stuff in your report(s) if you can help it.
The computer I had the bookmark for that page on it went crazy and I lost the bookmark in the process of restoring it, so I don't have this one sorry. I'd look back through the old pages of Help & Questions because it was a popular ask.
The report page has been disabled on purpose. You now need to make Tickets in Help.

Just this week, I used the page for reporting a missing item and they returned the item to me about three days later.
Also, the page that tells you what has been returned to you is completely off its rocker. I reported like five issues with it and was told that I am the only one having those issues, but obviously that is not the case. There were items on it that I never owned and some had been put on my account and some had not, even though they were listed. And then there were items that I did own and again some had been returned and some had not. I filed a ticket and they returned the ones to me that I should have had.
I am so lost right now. I have not been as active the last 2 years as I have been in the past, so this completely blew my mind. I had no idea that this happened. I have started to be a lot more active in the last couple weeks and I thought it so weird that there were items that I knew I had, but the system was always asking if I wanted to "Add to Wardrobe", when doing quests or shopping for Lumi gifts.
I don't even know where to start or how to figure out what items I might be missing. I submitted the "checklist" of items Subeta provided for things that they know were deleted. But after that, I don't even know how to figure out what I may have lost. And honestly, I have already spent a LOT of sP buying duplicates of things.
EDIT: I have begun the TEDIOUS task of comparing my wardrobe, using the Subeta Directory Items List, and comparing it to my Subetalodge account. I have to go through 566 pages of wardrobe items!!!!!!! This is going to take forever. I am on page 4 and I already have a long list of items that I am missing. And I have not even begun to log the things I have bought in the past 2-3 months (what I can remember, anyway). I guess I will just take this one day at a time. I am glad that the staff is being so supportive and willing to work with us to fix this mistake, but it looks like they will be getting lots of submissions from me over the next few weeks :(

I don't think all that many items went missing in the grand scheme of things, and the error occurred back in March, so anything you've bought since then will not have been affected
Thank you. I have looked at the pet profile and I am slowly going through all my wardrobe items, as I kept up with what I had through Subetalodge. I was not very active the last couple years and am only finding out about this glitch now. For some reason, I am finding a lot of items that were in my wardrobe prior, and are no longer there. I don't know if they disappeared because of this, or for some other reason, but this is tedious. I am thinking maybe I should just be looking for rare items and items that are more expensive, and maybe just not worry about the other things that can be easily replaced. I am just upset that I have worked hard on my account for 12 years now, and I am finding a lot of things missing.
EDIT: I would like to ask the staff, , what is the progress on this wardrobe malfunction? I have not been very active the last couple years, only popping in now and then, but I have been very active the last few months, and have noticed a lot of items missing from my wardrobe. I have kept up with my wardrobe on Subetalodge pretty regularly when I did add items, and there is a HUGE discrepancy in the number of items that I should have and the number of items that my wardrobe is currently showing that I have.... Like, it shows that I am missing thousands of items. Has this happened to anyone else? I am thoroughly confused about exactly what went on and exactly how many items were deleted. I have reported the most expensive items that I am missing, mainly cash shop purchases and CWS. The cash shop items can be validated from my purchase logs. But there are way too many items missing to go through every single item in my wardrobe.
