do you mean your body? It and your face features do exist and are currently layered below your backdrop item. Grab each by the icon and drag it up the column of things you are wearing until it shows.

It looks like you need to pull the base to where it's over the background. It's just a drag-and-drop type of thing in the wardrobe.
