Since I was gone for a couple of years until recently. I'm wanting to know, what is the pet's tier ranking and AP points for again?

tier ranking is a punishment that prevents you from using weapons considered too strong for your britches by those that already have strong pets.

You get one AP for every 16 INT your pet has. AP is used for reading spells off of scrolls in bettle.
