I haven't been on here in a long time. My HA has a horn and scales and it's not an item. How do I remove it?

It's a skin type that is attached to your HA's base. You can remove it in the wardrobe on the Skins page by finding the skin and clicking on it to remove it, then clicking Wear under your HA to save the changes.
