Subeta Tiles Bonus Game not working

I just tried to play the Subeta Tiles Bonus Game but it seems to be glitched. Trying to make a move causes the page to refresh but the game doesn't progress, so tiles can't be moved onto the board. I think this is the same problem the regular Subeta Tiles was having in the last couple of days.
Yep, the issue with the base game was fixed, but I just went to the mysterious stone tray thingy to play the game that gives wooden tiles, and found the same glitch is affecting this version. As it was with the base game, tiles can't be placed in the far left of the three spaces.

This as well. Was able to finish the second and third pile but nothing will go in the first.

Um, I don't know if it's just me, but now the Subeta Tiles bonus game is missing completely. When I go to the mysterious stone tile tray and hit the gold button to play the game, it takes me to a page where there is only blank white space where the game should be.

Yep, I'm getting a blank page too unfortunately.

It doesn't seem to be fixed, I'm afraid! Well, it might be but I can't try the Bonus Game to find out because all the tiles in my Tile Tray have disappeared. I had enough for a Bonus Game and was about halfway towards having enough for a second Bonus Game but all the tiles have gone.
Also, in the regular game, I'm able to make moves but all the tiles change colour with every move, including the ones I've just moved. So the game seems to be broken in a few ways now. Do you need me to make posts about these issues separately?
EDIT: Just noticed my rank has disappeared too. I was rank 29 but now there's no rank displayed at all.
Oh no D: Okay. I can still see your rank is 29 in the database, so that's intact. Is that still not showing up right now? Your other data seems to be intact too. But it looks like a fix I made for an unrelated tiles game issue ate your Tile Case. 😭
(I've now reverted that "fix" and am looking into that further.)
I checked our database and you were the only user that the Tile Case problem happened to. I'm so sorry about this, and I want to make it right for you asap as this was my mistake. There's two options we have to fix your data:
- Tomorrow I can ask about spinning up a recent database backup so I can try to restore your exact tile case data.This may take some time, and I'll have to get back to you about the details.
- I could give you 2-3 of each tile now, so that would be enough to play 2 bonus games once I fix this thing properly, and then some. So this would be a quicker solution but it would not be exactly what you had before. I hope it would end up giving you a little extra than what you had before though, as compensation for my mistake.
Let me know which you'd prefer to do? Once again I'm so sorry this happened.
Thanks for your help and patience with this all. For the regular game, could you try ending the game and starting a new game and let me know if the issue is still happening there?

My rank is displaying correctly now, and I just started a new game and it's working normally, phew!
As for my Tile Case, getting 2 of each tile would be more than I started with so I certainly wouldn't complain about that! And hopefully it would be less hassle for you and Keith too. So as long as you don't mind, I'd definitely be happy with that solution! Thank you so much for all your hard work and addressing this so quickly, I really appreciate it. :)
All right, I've gone ahead and given you 2 of each tile. Again, I'm so sorry about that.
The Bonus Game is still broken, so hold off on that for a bit. I'm currently working on it and will update once I've got it fixed for real.
