technically, yes it is.
Personally I have a lot of items in there (its hard to know for sure since the vault doesn't tally stuff, but well in excess of 60K items). It used to break down a lot. Fail to load, or freeze, or 504 errors etc. Staff improved the situation (and I also removed a bunch of stuff), but it can still get buggy from time to time.
