I have at least one item, possibly more, on my wish list that are labeled as an "achievement prize". Is there somewhere to find out the requisites? I'm really bored, so I'm making a push to get as many items off my wl as possible.

I would find out the achievement it is tied to by looking up the item on subetalodge first. Then you can check out the requirements for that achievement on the achievement page. There is a search bar to put in the name of the achievement.

This is an example: https://www.subetalodge.org/list_all/search/Hydrus+Paralix+Plushie/mode/name The notes will tell you the achievement and it looks like the requirement too!
