I don’t have a computer. I only have my phone to use subeta and everything on. I’ve still been using the old wardrobe because it’s the only one that actually works on mobile. This morning I tried to do an outfit with a new item and they got rid of the old one completely even though the “new” one is still a total mess. I have no idea what it looks like on the desktop but obviously works for most since I seem to be the only one who can’t use it AT ALL. you can’t move the items and layer them, the whole screen moves with your finger not the item. Your preview avatar covers your actual avatar so you can’t even see what you’re doing. Nothing with the menu up top works. I can’t access items, skins, or outfits. Even if I wanted to look at the newest CWs or change my HA to an outfit I already made , nothing shows up. I’m coming to the forums because the wardrobe is a huge part of the game. I spent so much money on stupid CWs and if I am forced to use this wardrobe then I won’t be able to use it for god knows how long.

[-Disease] I get that the wardrobe needed updating - but at least make the new one work! I actually haven't been able to use the old at all (I'm on desktop) other than the organize wardrobe area.

Anyway, I tried to manually enter the old wardrobe address so I could link you, but it automatically changes that address to the new one as soon as its clicked. Sorry, wish I could help.

The old one didn’t work for you? That’s odd. It was the only thing for me that worked except for moving the items to layer was still a bit difficult but it was possible. The items and outfits loaded just fine too

The old wardrobe was still working for me until today, now it seems like they're forcing the old wardrobe links to redirect to the new one.

The old organize page should still work for now though, which is good since the new one doesn't work at all still.

I also understand that the new wardrobe may have been necessary to help with loading issues and all that. But I'm still incredibly frustrated that a lot of things in the new one still aren't working properly and we're being forced to use it anyway. It's also frustrating that there doesn't seem to be much sense of urgency about this either. I know things are tough right now and the staff is small to begin with, but we go weeks without updates, and things that have been reported from the beginning still haven't been fixed and we have no idea when they will be.

-Disease I mainly use my mobile to play too and have the same issues with the wardrobe. The preview covering your avatar, the top menu buttons not working etc. But I just thought I'd let you know that I've found a way to get the top menu buttons working.

They don't work at all when holding my phone normally but if I turn my phone horizontally it will let me press the menu buttons. I then have to turn my phone vertically again to get the items to show up. It's a bit of a pain but it works and I can then dress my HA. I have to repeat this every time I want to use a different menu option. The HA being covered up by the preview seems somewhat of a permanent feature though...

Thanks for the Wardrobe Organizer link. I was about to complain it's pointless buying new items when they can't be organized into drawers.

It's annoying that we're now forced to use this new wardrobe before it's finished.

Wish we could just keep the old wardrobe, at least it worked.

Please stop forcing us to use new wardrobes when they're not even working properly yet! This happens every time.

Can't disable items after applying to avatar, can't highlight/hover over the current layer like we could before to shop search it, and can't save an outfit without going to the outfits page. Oh, and we can't actually seem to load any old wardrobe saved outfits that are linked on the forums using the avatar code. The outfits page I can live with, but the rest is just jank that frustrates me. I avoided the new wardrobe because the old worked smoothly. Trying to put together a new HA today was an effort in patience that I just don't have at this point in my life, when my hours are limited with work.

I don't change my avatar all that frequently, so it's really damn annoying when I try to do so for the first time in weeks and I'm being forced to use a broken thing that doesn't work. I tried to change my hairstyle but nope sorry, can't select anything but the "unlocked hairstyles"...

I don't mind them making new wardrobes constantly, but they literally never work properly, or we have catastrophic glitches like we had, OR we're forced to use them before they're remotely tested or finished.

I'm not even a Wardrobe Person(tm) and this is so frustrating and irritating to me. No warning that we'd be forced to use the new one within (x) days? Come on.

I get that "sometimes you don't know if stuff is broken until you push it out and test it" but like... for real. How have we not gotten this coding down by this point, or whatever? Why keep changing the Wardrobe anyways instead of tweaking the one we already have? I'm so exhausted. I feel like if they'd just find a wardrobe that works it would stop sucking up so many resources.

This seems a good place to check: is the old organize wardrobe page working for you guys? I've been trying to categorize my things for a while using it but when I submit my changes, page reloads and everything's still out of my drawers.

Needless to say, the new wardrobe's been annoying to me too. No ability to turn items off and on is what bothers me the most.

yikes, i just came back from a long break and got greeted with this new wardrobe. it looks awful. that interface is just a mess

It's frustrating that so many of the functions of the wardrobe don't seem to work, and on top of that none of the wardrobe based achievements seem to be registering either. They really need to get it working properly, or at least let us use an older version that still actually works.

It was working fine for me about 2-3 days ago. However that's no guarantee that it works today or will continue to work. I'm on FF quantum and Win 10 desktop, mentioning that because depending on your device, browser, etc, it will likely function differently.

I tried to put the new cat bread on my HA today and I can’t even see my avatar at all in the wardrobe, the entire half of it is cut off by the right side of the page. I can’t even see what the cat looks like on the HA. It somehow got worse. A lot of users have expressed their concerns on here saying they can’t use it so why hasn’t staff done anything or even said anything? The wardrobe is a huge part of the game and I can’t see how anyone can do anything on it right now
