Is there a limit on friends you can have? also when you do a giveaway are you allowed to ask people to friend you?

As far as I'm aware theres no limit on friends. Asking people to friend you might not be the best thing as many of is like to know each other a bit before we friend. However you can post you're open to friend requests and let people add you. And you don't have to be friends with anyone in order to send or receive items :)
